Thank you for considering The West Deck for your event. Here is our current pricing guide with a list of menu suggestions and please view our current wine list, to help you make your selections.

  • The Inside Dining Room (from 10-80 people)

Our base price for a group function is $48.00 per person for three courses (beverages not included). The three courses consist of salad, choice of entrée and dessert. The price per person increases by the addition of hors d’oeuvres, an appetizer course, or by choosing premium entrees.

If you wish to begin your evening with an hors d’oeuvres reception, the cost is $21.00 per person. This usually consists of two or three stationary platters, complemented by passed assortments of hot & cold items.

We will print up a custom menu for your function, which can include any special message you might wish to extend to your guests. To set your menu, select the following from the list of Menu Suggestions (these are some of our most popular items, but Chef Rob can easily address any dietary concerns or personal tastes):

  • 2 - 3 items from the Appetizers (if included in this course)
  • 3 - 4 items from the Entrees
  • 2 items from Desserts

Any prices shown are in addition to the base price.

Most hosts choose to pre-select wines to be offered with dinner. We simply charge for each bottle opened, rather than by the glass. Our wine list changes weekly. If you have any specific preferences please inquire, we can offer many selections not currently on the list.

Your final bill will also have 8% Rhode Island sales tax and a 20% standard gratuity based upon the final total of your food and liquor costs combined.

The dining room is limited to two seatings nightly. Please call our events coordinator for details.

We require a deposit of 30% of your contact estimate to hold the date (either credit card or check) and a final, guaranteed count 48 hours in advance. In most instances we can extend a 72-hour cancellation policy with full refund.
